How can I become a Business member?
Log in with your Vogezya account information through the login section on the homepage. On the dashboard that opens, you can start your membership by selecting the most suitable membership type for you through the subscription page.
Can I add multiple businesses?
With our multi-business support, you can publish more than one of your businesses on our platform. Additionally, each business has its own unique settings, allowing you to apply different rules to each of your businesses.
How do I set the deposit amount for reservations?
The reservation fees for your businesses are determined based on the ceiling price set according to the price scale your business falls under. You cannot change this price. If your reservation feature is active, by enabling the deposit option in the business settings, a deposit fee will be reflected to the user for new reservations.
I canceled a reservation, who issues the refund?
If the reservation is canceled by you, the reservation fee is refunded to the user by us. If the user cancels the reservation, the deposit fee is transferred to your account according to the specified conditions.
Can I use the deposit fee?
The deposit fees received for reservations made to your business are transferred to your account under the specified conditions, so you must show the deposit fee as a discount in the guest's total bill. You can use the deposit fees; this is your prepayment.
